49-year-old Amy Evans, who functions at the level of an 8-year-old and has diabetes, has been reported missing in Preble County, Ohio, after last being seen on Friday. She was believed to have been picked up near her residence by a man in a mid-sized vehicle. Authorities have released a photo of the suspected vehicle and ask anyone with information to contact the Preble County Sheriff's Office.
