17 residents and two dogs were displaced after a two-alarm fire broke out in an apartment building in Northeast DC's 300 block of Seaton Place, with flames spreading to adjacent properties. Firefighters arrived within four minutes of the call, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. The Red Cross and Ward 5 Council Office are assisting those affected.
