Philips expands in India, inaugurating a new R&D center at its Healthcare Innovation Centre (HIC) facility in Pune, aiming to contribute to improving the lives of 2.5 billion people per year by 2030. The center, on a 10-acre plot, will house 1,900 employees and focus on sustainability practices like Green Power solutions, EV charging provisions, and promoting bicycle commuting among its workforce.
