Oklahoma's bill allowing liquor stores to offer veteran discounts has advanced to the House floor after previously being blocked by state law. The Retail Liquor Association of Oklahoma hopes the ABLE Commission will change its interpretation of the modernization law to allow discounts for veterans. If passed, the bill with an emergency clause will take effect immediately upon the governor's signature.
