Kazakhstani President Tokayev supports Armenia's Crossroads of Peace project to restore South Caucasus transport links and establish direct air connections with Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstani President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed Armenia's Crossroads of Peace project during a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan. Tokayev praised Pashinyan's initiative to restore transport links in the South Caucasus region and expressed support for starting direct air connections between Armenia and Kazakhstan, as well as other cities, to boost bilateral beneficial cooperation in the transport logistics sector. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing multifaceted ties between the two countries, including matters related to trade, economy, transit, transport, investment, and cultural/humanitarian cooperation.
