100 jobs will be cut at Andrew and Nicola Forrest's $10 billion philanthropic foundation Minderoo, as CEO John Hartman seeks to spend less on administration and direct more resources towards impactful organisations. The 300-strong workforce at Minderoo, many based at the refurbished Swan Brewery, were informed of the news on Monday. Hartman says the goal is to "ensure we create maximum and lasting impact for our beneficiaries".
