Google's Pixel 9 and Pixel Fold 2 are set to feature satellite connectivity and a new modem, according to a Google insider cited by Android Authority. The new Samsung Modem 5400, part of the Tensor G4, is expected to bring support for satellite connectivity to the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and an upcoming 5G tablet. These improvements are aimed at improving the Pixel series' connectivity issues and better competing with Apple's iPhone 15.
