Edo State Police arrested a suspected cultist, Endurance Otansowe, on April 12, following an intelligence report. Officers accosted and arrested the suspect with a Branil pistol during a stop and search operation within Luciano Hotel Ogbiyokho, Ekhuan Road, Benin City. The suspect confirmed having an illegal weapon during investigation, and will be charged in court upon completion of investigations.
