Insolvent Lynx Air blames contractor, Texas-based Sabre Corp., for delayed refunds to customers. The ultra-low-cost carrier claims in court filings that Sabre Corp. has hampered passenger reimbursements, leaving Lynx with no choice but to work with its credit card processor to deal with chargebacks for would-be travellers whose flights were cancelled. This process results in big fees that are ultimately detrimental to company stakeholders.
