Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners acquires Liberty Renewables' 1.3 GW onshore wind portfolio in New York.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has completed the acquisition of Liberty Renewables, a 1.3 GW onshore wind development portfolio in New York. This acquisition, made on behalf of CIP's fund CI V, includes the Hoffman Falls Wind project and supports New York's clean energy transition and decarbonization efforts. The remaining projects are expected to commence construction between 2027 and 2030.
