Chinese tea shop chain Sichuan Baicha Baidao plans HK$2.65bn ($330m) IPO in Hong Kong in 2024, its shares to begin trading on Apr 23. This is the largest new-share sale in Hong Kong in 2024, with a total 169.9 million shares potentially raising up to $380m. The company operates ChaPanda stores selling fruit tea drinks to a younger demographic, and Hong Kong's IPO volume is at its lowest in over a decade.
