24-year-old Sarnia man, Bradley Kelly, is back in jail for multiple weapons charges after causing panic at Bluewater Health hospital in 2022. Kelly entered the emergency department with a BB gun, which resembled a handgun, while possessing crystal meth, leading to a year in jail. A year later, he returned for medical treatment and was found with a flick knife and over 41 grams of meth, resulting in his current incarceration.
