31-year-old Max Levene, a British tetraplegic, aims to become the first person with a complete spinal injury to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Levene had previously set his sights on climbing the mountain while living in Kenya at the age of 17 but broke his neck playing rugby just three months later. He is now "massively excited" to finally attempt the challenge he had wanted to undertake before his injury.
