18-year-old Marcelino Moreno & 23-year-old Robert Frink arrested in San Antonio for allegedly stealing a car at knifepoint on the South Side. The victim, a 28-year-old man, was threatened & robbed near the 2800 block of West Hutchins Place around 8 p.m. The suspects fled, but their abandoned vehicle was found & they were captured with the help of a police helicopter. Both charged with Aggravated Robbery.
