A fatal accident in Muscatine, Iowa on Saturday night involved a UTV hitting a deer on Burlington Road, causing the vehicle to veer off, roll multiple times, and stop in an east ditch. A 58-year-old resident was killed, while three others, ages 30-33, were injured and airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The identities of those involved have not been disclosed, and the Iowa State Patrol is currently investigating the incident.
