67-year-old Joe Dave McDowell from Clarksville, suffering from medical conditions that could hinder his return, is the subject of a Silver Alert issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. McDowell was last seen on April 13 at 1:30 a.m. in his hotel. He is driving a blue 2018 Nissan Rogue with Tennessee plate BDN-0161.
