Controversial YouTuber Major (retd) Adil Raja has suffered a setback in the UK as the High Court ruled against his applications, including staying a defamation trial against Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer. Raja must now prove the truth of defamatory allegations made against Naseer in nine social media publications. Raja has been ordered to pay £5,000 to Naseer for his failed application to halt the trial and another £5,000 for a failed security for costs application.
