Nigerian Copyright Commission seizes N300m worth of pirated books at Onne Port with assistance from Nigeria Customs and DSS.
Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) seized three containers of pirated books worth over N300 million at Onne Port. The books, belonging to leading Nigerian publishers, were found in collaboration with the Nigeria Customs Service and the Department of State Services. NCC has seen a surge in imported pirated books with high quality, competing with original versions.
