Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, called on Nigerians to refrain from speaking ill of the nation and instead pray for its improvement. He made this appeal at the 2024 Eid-el-Fitr celebration, stating that God will not change anything for any society until the people change their thoughts for good. Sanwo-Olu encouraged Nigerians to speak positively about the country, believe in their current leaders, and pray for them and the nation to bring about a positive change.
