Flash floods hit the capital, Kabul, and several other provinces, destroying over 600 houses and damaging 800 hectares of agricultural land, alongside 85 kilometers of roads. Nearly 100,000 people were evacuated due to the floods, and 20 of the nation's 34 provinces were affected by the heavy rains.
