23 inmates at Enugu Custodial Centre earned degrees from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). Five inmates received Master's degrees, 17 earned bachelor's degrees, and one obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma. The students completed their courses within four to five years through NOUN's study center at the facility. State Coordinator of NOUN, Jennifer Nwonyi, presented the degrees and diplomas at a virtual convocation.
