Endangered eastern grass owl found injured in Taiwan's Pingtung County was nursed back to health by the Pingtung Rescue Center. After 3 months of care and relearning to catch live mice, it was released back into the wild near a riverbank. The owl's recovery was aided by a pineapple farmer who participated in the county government's ecological program, which supports eco-friendly farming practices to protect the grass owl's habitat.
