The Delhi Sessions Court overturned a magisterial court order that required a husband to pay Rs 15,000 monthly maintenance to his wife. The judge ruled that the wife, who held an MBA degree, had concealed her income and was capable of maintaining herself. The husband was no longer required to provide maintenance, based on the wife's omission in disclosing her true income.
