2C Holidays customers found a filthy, broken caravan despite spending £615 on the holiday.
2C Holidays customer Charmaine Bell and Natalie Berrisford spent £615 on a caravan holiday, only to find it in a filthy, broken state. The caravan had wallpaper hanging off the walls, mould in the loo, and a mucky fridge. The furniture was in poor condition, with sofas full of "hard lumps" and bed slats broken. Despite complaining to 2C Holidays, the couple had to stay in the "filthy" caravan for nine nights.
