A fatal house fire in Gwinner, North Dakota claimed the life of a woman and her dog, while a man and two other dogs escaped. The fire, which started in the basement, is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal. One firefighter was treated for smoke inhalation. The identities of the victims have not been disclosed yet. Responding departments included Milnor and Lisbon fire crews and ambulance services.
