10-year-old Edward "Malcolm" Dillard from Vero Beach, FL, has gone missing since Friday. A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued; he was last seen near the 900 block of 24th Place Southwest wearing an orange "Tapout" shirt and khaki shorts. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is urging anyone with information to contact them or the Indian River County Sheriff's Office at 772-978-6240 or 911.
