28-year-old Delaware woman Hadja Kone and co-conspirator Siaka Ouattara were arrested for operating an international sextortion scheme targeting young men and boys, extorting $1.7m from thousands of victims across the US, UK, and Canada. They posed as young women online, filming victims engaging in sexual acts and threatening to share footage unless they received money. Charged with conspiracy to commit cyberstalking, money laundering, and wire fraud, they face up to 20 years in prison for each count.
