El Paso Water and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) conducted a 3-year $3M study to alleviate flooding in Central El Paso, examining flood models and the drainage system. The study, following 2021 monsoon rains, led to a public meeting on April 17 at Memorial Park Senior Center. USACE will present findings, and EPWater will discuss potential next steps for stormwater infrastructure.
