2 suspects, Satnam Singh and Sultan Singh, arrested in Uttarakhand for their involvement in the murder of Baba Tarsem Singh, Nanakmatta Gurdwara's 'karseva' chief in Udham Singh Nagar. Sultan Singh is suspected to be the mastermind behind the murder. Nine conspirators have been arrested, one sharpshooter killed in an encounter, and a reward offered for the main absconding accused, Amarjit Singh and Sarabjit Singh.
