Ottawa's LRT west extension, including 11 new stations and 15 km rail, may be ready for passengers by 2027, as per city officials. The Parkway Tunnel is 85% complete, expected to finish by summer. Following, tracks and the overhead electric system will be installed, with test trains possibly running in early 2026. The completion date has been adjusted, currently estimated for late 2026.
