Later, at 10:54 am, deputies were sent to a suspicious circumstance near a Goodwill, where witnesses said a male and female had attempted to carjack another vehicle. Deputies set up a containment area and located the stolen van from the Hazel Dell carjacking. The male suspect entered the American Legion Hall, leading to an officer-involved shooting.
