UK supermarkets M&S, Co-op, Tesco, and Morrisons are issuing emergency refunds without receipts for specific food products after health and safety alerts through the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Products withdrawn or recalled include M&S Plant Kitchen Mushroom Pie due to undeclared soya, and Co-op's Picnic Platter due to undisclosed sulphites. Customers with affected products are advised not to eat them and can return them for a full refund.
