Delhi Court modifies Ishrat Jahan's bail conditions, allowing her to travel within India without prior permission. Jahan, an accused in the 2020 Delhi riots case, was granted regular bail in March 2022 with a condition to not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Additional Sessions Judge Sameer Bajpai modified the travel condition, allowing Jahan to travel within India and not leave the territory of India without prior permission of the court.
