Bicester councillor Donna Ford criticizes Oxfordshire County Council for lack of proactive communication regarding the closure of Wretchwick Way (A4421) from April 29 to May 1 for repairs. The road will close daily between 5am-6pm for approximately three hours. Emergency service vehicles will have limited access.
