19-year-old Michael Laboy arrested for fatal hit-and-run in Dighton, MA, resulting in death of 57-year-old Paul DeMoura.
19-year-old Michael Laboy from Providence, RI was arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run accident in Dighton, MA on April 4th. Laboy was charged with leaving the scene of a crash, resulting in death. The pedestrian victim, 57-year-old Paul DeMoura, was found on Route 44 and later died at Morton Hospital. Laboy was apprehended at his workplace in Taunton and is scheduled for arraignment in Taunton District Court.
