TCS plans to hire over 10,000 fresh engineering graduates, driven by optimism for a demand revival in the current financial year. The company is recruiting for three categories: Ninja, Digital, and Prime, with annual packages ranging from Rs 3.36 lakh to Rs 9-11.5 lakh. In contrast, the previous financial year saw a net addition of 22,600 employees, compared to 1.03 lakh in the previous fiscal year.
