New Zealand-based wealth app Sharesies acquires Auckland-based equity management platform Orchestra as part of its B2B growth strategy. The acquisition supports unlisted and listed companies across NZ and Australia with employee and investor equity management and registry services. Over the next 18 months, Orchestra's platform will merge into the Sharesies app, allowing customers to view their personal investments and staff-allocated shares in one place.
