McCaskie's Butcher & Café of Wemyss Bay acquires UK-winning Pirie Pie brand and recipes.
McCaskie's Butcher & Café of Wemyss Bay, named UK Butcher Shop of the Year, has acquired the award-winning Pirie Pie brand and its secret recipes from James Pirie & Son in Blairgowrie. The Pirie Pie has won the World Scotch Pie Championship five times in the last seven years. McCaskie's will increase production of the iconic pie, along with other popular Pirie products, at their Wemyss Bay production unit.
