K Raheja Corp Real Estate acquired the land and buildings of Crossroad Condominium in Mumbai's Haji Ali area, previously home to Sobo Central Mall, for ₹476 crore as part of a debt resolution plan for non-performing assets. This transaction allowed Kishore Biyani to settle his dues to lenders, led by Canara Bank. The mall, originally known as Crossroads, was India's first mall and opened in the late 1990s.
