Huntsville City Council approves 42-unit affordable housing project for homeless, domestic violence victims. The $2.3m HOME Investment Partnerships ARP fund will help build New Stone Commons Apartments on Venona Avenue, providing affordable housing for vulnerable groups. The project will be a collaborative effort between municipalities, supportive service providers, and non-profit developers.
