The Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center discovered "inappropriate changes" to patient records, effectively inactivating candidates on the liver transplant waiting list and preventing them from receiving organ donation offers. The doctor responsible has not been identified, and the hospital has not responded to requests for comment.
