FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried appeals fraud conviction and 25-year sentence for largest US financial fraud.

Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of cryptocurrency exchange FTX, has lodged an appeal against his fraud conviction and 25-year prison sentence, which he received for his involvement in one of the largest financial frauds in American history. Bankman-Fried filed his appeal a few weeks after a New York judge sentenced him, and the appeal will be reviewed by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan.
