Air India establishes five global contact centers for customer support.

Air India has operationalized five new contact centers in Cairo, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Noida, and Bengaluru to assist customers worldwide. The Tata Group-owned airline has partnered with Concentrix for premium services and iEnergizer for domestic inquiries. Recent initiatives include a premium desk for premium frequent flyers, business, and first-class guests, and a 24/7 grievance management desk for round-the-clock support.
