34-year-old Xiang Zhao was arrested for attempting to sexually assault a northwest Fresno Mattress Firm employee. The employee fought off the attacker and called the police, who arrested Zhao within hours. The victim suffered minor injuries and emotional trauma, while the suspect has no known prior criminal history and has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on assault charges.
