A high school student in Westbrook was verbally harassed by a heavy-set Black male in his 30s with a French accent, driving a silver Chevrolet sedan with tinted windows and a blacked-out logo. The suspect followed the student down Stroudwater Street and Vocational Drive before the student found safety and reported the incident to a school resource officer. Westbrook police are appealing to residents with surveillance cameras to check their footage and contact them at 207-865-0644 with any information.
