A man in Marysville, California tackled and disarmed a 26-year-old suspect, Roy Kirk Jr., who fired shots into the air and pointed a gun at a group of people outside a restaurant. Witnesses and family members of the people outside the restaurant subdued the suspect until police arrived. Kirk was arrested for attempted homicide and later booked into the Yuba County Jail.
