47-year-old Rosetta Saez and her 19-year-old son, Daniel Alajahaum Wilson, were arrested in Martin County on charges of animal cruelty after deputies found 14 dogs in extremely poor conditions at their home. The dogs were confined without adequate food, water, or space to move, with some locked in small wooden crates covered with plastic tarps limiting airflow. Saez claimed she was unaware of the situation.
