49-year-old Paul Gray, a former Kearney resident, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for failing to register as a sex offender. Gray, who was required to register due to past convictions, moved without updating his sex offender registration and did not inform his probation officer. He will also serve a 10-year term of supervised release upon completion of his prison sentence.
