A body was found in water at Plymouth dockyard, which is believed to be 18-year-old Michael Oppong Yeboah, who had been missing since March. The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner. Michael was last seen at East hoe beach on March 18th, and a large-scale search operation was conducted involving Devon and Cornwall Police and the Coastguard.
