23-year-old Flint man arrested for attempting to scam Family Dollar clerk in Vanderbilt, MI, then stealing a $400 Visa gift card and other items. Failed to deceive, fled in a silver Chevrolet, but was later stopped on I-75. Stolen Visa gift card found in suspect's vehicle, taken to Otsego County Jail.
